Refund & Cancelation Policy

All purchases made through Built by Cassie are non-refundable. Due to the nature of personalized fitness and nutrition coaching, we do not offer refunds on any programs, services, or digital products.

Cancellation of ongoing coaching services requires 30 days’ notice. This helps ensure a smooth transition and allows us to open space for new clients.
